The information and materials contained in this Website are provided on an “AS IS” basis and for reference and general information only, and should not be regarded or treated as an advice or invitation to enter into a tenancy agreement. No statement, representation, warranty or guarantee, express or implied, is given as to their accuracy, correctness, completeness, title, non-infringement, reliability, security, timeliness or appropriateness for use in any particular circumstances; or that this Website is and will be uninterrupted or free of viruses and/or other harmful elements, or the continued availability of this Website and any information and content provided by this Website.

  9. Each owner or tenant, will be issued with one account only.  Each User can publish one post only.  The access right to the account cannot be transferred to any third party.

We understand the importance of personal data protection, and aim to provide a safe and reliable matching platform to the Users whilst ensuring the security of the personal data collected.  Without the consent of the Users, this Website will not disclose, sell, transfer or leak the personal data of the Users to third parties (other than Owners and Tenants registered in this Website), or use the personal data of the Users for purposes other than the online platform of this Website.  Please read the “Personal Information Collection Statement” of this Website and the “Privacy Policy Statement” of Housing Society.

Housing Society and/or this Website reserve the right, but not undertake, to revise, modify or update this Website and/or any information and content provided by this Website at any time in its absolute discretion without giving any reason or prior notice. Housing Society and/or this Website also reserve the right to omit, suspend, edit or terminate all information in this Website at any time to any person, or to block access from a particular Internet Protocol (IP) address to this Website at any time in its absolute discretion without giving any reason or prior notice.
