Letting Scheme for Subsidised Sale Developments with Premium Unpaid
Letting Scheme for Subsidised Sale Developments with Premium Unpaid 2019 - Hong Kong Housing Society
“Letting Scheme for Subsidised Sale Developments with Premium Unpaid” (“Letting Scheme”) allows eligible owners of designated subsidised sale developments of HKHS and Hong Kong Housing Authority (“HA”) to let their flat or bedroom(s) with premium unpaid to eligible Public Rental Housing ("PRH") applicants.
Since September 2026, HKHS and HA have launched the Letting Scheme (White Form) on a pilot basis, subject to a quota of 3,000, to allow eligible owners to let their entire flat with premium unpaid to applicants who meet the White Form eligibility criteria of HA’s Home Ownership Scheme (HOS). Owners participating in the Letting Scheme (White Form) are required to pay Letting Permit Fee (“LPF”) to HKHS throughout the tenancy period.
Owner Certificate Holders are not required to pay LPF if they opt to let their entire flats or individual bedroom(s) with premium unpaid to Tenant Certificate (PRH Applicant) Holders.
