Owner Certificate Holders must pay the Letting Permit Fee payable to HKHS within the deadline after entering into or renewing a tenancy agreement with Tenant Certificate (White Form) Holders.
In computing the Letting Permit Fee, the saleable area in square metre will be extracted from Rating and Valuation Department’s "Property Information Online". Saleable area and Letting Permit Fee payable indicated on the demand notes as issued from time to time shall prevail.
