Letting Scheme for Subsidised Sale Developments with Premium Unpaid 2019 - Hong Kong Housing Society

Hong Kong Housing Society has prepared tenancy agreements (including mandatory terms that cannot be modified or deleted) for the Scheme. The Owner Certificate Holder and the Tenant Certificate Holder, depending on individual application objectives and circumstances, must use either ONE of the following applicable tenancy agreements prepared by Hong Kong Housing Society, and be aware of any update on the tenancy agreements  so as to adopt the latest version of documents. For any concerns over the terms and conditions under the tenancy agreements, the respective parties of the agreement(s) are advised to seek professional legal advice.
